COVID Update

     Covid is rare in Bali, so masks are worn at the discretion of staff and customers. Please help us by booking your treatments, as we are now experiencing pent up demand and really busy in afternoons. We are changing our hours to have more staff mid day - currently running 9am-9pm. Hair stylists are typically available 9am-8pm. Use our CONTACT page for WhatsApp queries or to send email. Or simply call (286330) or drop in. We do not charge you for canceled appointments (but please tell us!), nor do we add tax and service charges to your bill. No fee for credit cards either.

Our Philosophy

Our business plan, since we opened in 2003, has been to provide the same quality services as the five star hotels, but at a more reasonable price. This primarily means cleanliness and professionally trained staff. But it also means the kind of service that you get from a mom and pop store, not a chain. We use quality ingredients, often imported, and tools are sterilized both with alcohol and UV light. We do not have "junior stylists" or trainees. Our hair stylists have a minimum of ten years working with tourists.
Masseuses have a minimum of two years work before we hire and train them in our specialties. We try to give a good range of services without overwhelming the customer with choices. Yes, we have considered stone massage and we have offered bamboo massage, but at the end of the day our customers want the skilled hands of our therapists.
