Our Philosophy

Our business plan, since we opened in 2003, has been to provide the same quality services as the five star hotels, but at a more reasonable price. This primarily means cleanliness and professionally trained staff. But it also means the kind of service that you get from a mom and pop store, not a chain. We use quality ingredients, often imported, and tools are sterilized both with alcohol and UV light. We do not have "junior stylists" or trainees. Our two hair stylists have 18 and 20 years working with tourists (as of July 2026).

Masseuses have a minimum of two years work before we hire and train them in our specialties. We try to give a good range of services without overwhelming the customer with choices. Yes, we have considered stone massage and we have offered bamboo massage, but at the end of the day our customers want the skilled hands of our therapists.
